Guarantees

For ten (10) years from the final invoice date, Circa Solar Energy Inc. will repair free of charge any defects in workmanship performed pursuant to the invoice.  This guarantee becomes effective when your final payment to Circa Solar Energy Inc. has been deposited and credited to our account.  There are no other guarantees expressed or implied and there is no liability for consequential damages of any nature or kind.  Guarantee is for labour only and materials are not included.

Policy

It is our policies that if you decide to book our services that you please let us know when you would like the job to begin and end.Once a contract has been signed and the initial deposit of 10% (and or see below) has been received and cleared, all work will proceed.  Please review our estimate and call if you have any questions.  Please note, the office copy of the contract must be signed, initialed and returned with your cheque.  NSF cheques received are subject to a $75.00 administration fee.

Advance Payment Due Prior to Installation
